Leadership Development Series

The Leadership Development Series (LDS) consists of various leadership training courses with Areas of Focus (AOF) to include: Leadership and Personal Engagement, Safety and Compliance Management, Business Operations Etiquette, and Coaching and Team Development.

Courses within each AOF can be taught individually, however, it is recommended that all AOF courses be taught together for maximum impact. Each AOF can be designed for either one or two weeks, depending on the needs assessed for the executives. Every AOF is designed to include the course “Presenting with Impact”, where executives can continually improve presentation skills through use of various presentation techniques.

Leadership Engagement  (Week 1 – 2)
Executives play the role as both Manager and Leader. Both roles require a set of skills necessary in achieving optimal impact. Knowing how and when to use these skills will elevate your ability to create a team of high level performers.

Personal Engagement  (Week 3-4)
It’s important to focus on our personal well-being in order to re-energize ourselves personally and professionally. Assessing your personal level of engagement in how you manage time, stress, and work/ life will help you gauge the areas for improvement.

Safety & Compliance Management  (Week 5-6)
Executives must have a proactive approach to dealing with unforeseen situations. Being equipped with the necessary skills and tools to handle crisis, employee issues, and media attention ensures the best outcome and ability for organizations to bounce back from adversity.

Business Operations Etiquette (Week 7 – 8)
How we conduct meetings, solve problems, make decisions, and manage relationships directly impacts the bottom line. Having strong business acumen drives results and streamlines business operations.

Coaching & Team Development (Week 9-10)
People, our most important asset, desire leaders as coaches to help them develop and grow. These courses explore different techniques on how to help your employees realize their vision and goals, and teach them how to think and interact better in the context of doing their job.
